Store rules
1. It is strictly forbidden to insult the store employees (admin, Support, couriers). For insulting any employee, your dispute is automatically closed. For a second insult, you lose discounts, if they are and can get a ban.
2. It is forbidden to spam in personal messages to the admin or support.
Your spam will not speed up the answer to your request.
If you left more than 5 in a row (not counting the photo) your request can be ignored and marked as spam at the discretion of the store administration.
3. Empty messages by the type "Hello, are you here? Are you here? Online?" Without further clarification, why you write can be regarded as spam and remain unanswered at the discretion of the store administration. If you want to ask something, then ask your question at once and ask what interests you.
4. It is forbidden to transfer information about the purchase to third parties. For this, you lose the possibility of assistance at this address.
5. If you open a dispute, then information about your situation should be provided full. if you did not provide information in the right form, provided incomplete information, provided information later than the due date, then you are losing the right to replace, compensation, assistance in the discretion of the store administration.
6. Claims for the quantity and quality of goods are accepted only if there is a complete video of unpacking.
7. It is forbidden to disclose any details of the purchase, including the fact of the purchase (in chats, personal messages and any other forms), if your dispute is not yet closed or the administration of the store store has not written directly to you that your dispute is closed and is not subject to further discussion.
8. Blackmails and threats in any form and any other actions are categorically prohibited in order to harm the store’s reputation. For this, you will immediately receive a refusal of help and a possible ban with the removal of all discounts at the discretion of the administration.
9. If you left a negative review in the bot or chat before the store administration wrote a decision on your dispute, then your dispute is automatically closed in favor of the store.
10. The dispute is considered closed if you received a notification in the bot or the store administration wrote directly about it that your dispute is closed.
If there were no such messages, then your question is still being resolved and you do not need to spam in personal messages to the store administrations.
11. If you do not have at least 20 successful purchases, then your dispute will be closed without returns or compensations. (Exceptions to the discretion of the administration are possible)
12. Refunds and compensation are sent only to your account in the store. Payments for personal wallets of buyers are not made.
13. The store administration is not responsible for incorrectly sent funds at USDT or LTC. If the buyer sent the wrong amount to the USDT and the funds did not enter your account, then the buyer is responsible. Help can be provided at the discretion of the store administration.
14. Replacement for a replacement (not found after a return) is not issued.
15. All information in the store’s rules.
16. The administration of the store reserves the right to refuse to maintain without any clarification.
17. The buyer has the right to any clarification of information before buying (not disclosing information sufficient to find the goods without making a purchase).
18. The buyer has the right to restore and transfer his discounts and balance in full, providing the necessary information to confirm that this is his accounts.
19. The buyer has the right to receive compensation, at the discretion of the administration of the store if the information was not updated by his dispute for more than 48 hours from the date of opening of the dispute.
20. In the event of bugs, false information or other problems in the work of the bot, the buyer receives a reward at the discretion of the administration.
